Kirk's Jewelry is located in Chico, California and opened in 1973. We are located in a beautiful downtown just blocks from California State University Chico.

Our pieces are made from 14k & 18k recycled gold and platinum and conflict-free diamonds and gemstones.

Our diamonds, either mined or laboratory grown and gemstones are sourced using ethical practices and come from around the world. No two gemstones are alike and can vary in size and color and may contain imperfections.

Your finished piece of jewelry is accompanied with an Appraisal for insurances purposes for replacement if your piece is ever lost or stolen, and the focal point diamonds both mined and laboratory grown are accompanied with a report from one of the following laboratories: Gemological Institute of America (GIA), International Gemological Institute (IGI) or Gem Certification & Assurance Lab (GCAL).

Yes! Our shipping labels do not include our business name or the word jewelry. Consider having your purchase sent to your workplace or a friend or relative to keep your secret. Please make sure someone is at available since all purchases require a signature for delivery.

We ship all of our items with FedEx, UPS or USPS. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email including your tracking number.

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Since our designs are handcrafted, a 10% restocking fee will incur. This fee covers resizing and polish.

If you wish to exchange your piece, we will apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value. The new piece must be available to purchase at the time of the exchange (within 7 days of original purchase). The credit does not apply to future purchases, and the credit is limited to one exchange per piece.
